Complete payment, but ten hours of waiting. The word “fast” set the wrong expectation.

Was cautious because this was my first bigger transaction. I waited, checked the history once, and the credit came before four hours. Full amount, proper record, no story.

I made the request after lunch and received the full $258.75 before I closed from work. The status changed twice during the wait, so I knew it had not disappeared. The amount matched the figure on my dashboard, and the bank reference was included in the final receipt.

The balance moved to pending immediately, then completed about three hours later. No duplicate request, no strange deduction. I also found the transaction record without asking support where it was. The date and reference were clear enough for my own records.

Complete amount, no wahala there. But forty-three hours of waiting was the wahala. Fast should mean fast.

The request crossed two working days and I kept reopening the app to see the same message. My bank finally credited the complete amount after forty-four hours. At least it arrived, but the uncertainty spoiled the experience.

I returned after dinner to download the receipt and everything was still where I expected it, including the transaction reference.

The notification and bank alert arrived close together, which I liked. The full amount was there after a little over two hours.

The request page gave enough information for me to leave it alone instead of chasing support. Before four hours passed, the credit alert came. The final amount and the app record matched. I appreciated not having to guess whether another confirmation was required.
