This information and review-publishing website is operated by Node Union Data Solutions (BVI) Ltd. It is company-owned and is not an independent review publisher. Company particulars and correspondence details are on our ownership page.
Scope and eligibility
Reading public information is free. Accounts and review submissions are intended for people aged 18 or over. Keep account credentials private, provide accurate account information and do not impersonate another person. A confirmed email address is required before submitting a review.
These terms concern this review website. They do not create an investment, lease, deposit or other participation contract with Node Union. The underlying service has separate platform terms, eligibility conditions and risk information. Do not make a payment through this website or send funds based on a review.
Your submissions
Submit your own experience, or content you are entitled to provide, and distinguish opinion from factual claims. Do not publish another person's confidential information, unlawful threats, spam or fabricated transactions. Disclose employment, commercial relationships and any benefit received in connection with a review.
You retain rights in your content. By submitting it, you give the operator permission to store, display and technically format it to run this website and its moderation process. This does not give permission to misattribute your words or present a changed opinion as yours. Private attachments are not licensed for public display simply because you upload them.
Moderation and account restrictions
New and edited reviews remain private until a moderator decides whether they meet the published review policy. A review must not be rejected solely for a low rating or criticism. We may restrict abuse or unlawful activity and explain review rejection in the account. You can request review of a decision through our contact page.
Administrator-imported content must have a genuine source, appropriate permission or another lawful basis for republication, and attribution. Prototype examples remain labelled as examples. Neither category is automatically a verified customer experience.
Availability and information limits
We take reasonable steps to operate the site securely but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every submitted statement is accurate. The website does not provide personalised financial advice, guarantee payments or certify the regulatory status of the underlying service. Reviews and reported results do not establish what another user will receive.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users or overwhelm the service. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the contact page without accessing other people's data.
Complaints, rights and changes
Contact legal@nodeunion.io about review disputes, unlawful content, copyright or these terms. Identify the affected URL, explain the concern and include contact details for a response. We assess reports against the applicable law and the published policy. A complaint does not automatically remove lawful criticism.
Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. The operator is established in the British Virgin Islands; mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply to you are not waived by using the website. These website terms do not impose the underlying platform agreement's arbitration, investment restrictions or withdrawal penalties on someone merely reading a review.
We publish material changes with an updated date. The privacy notice explains personal-data processing; the cookie notice explains browser storage.
