Honestly, seeing a pending status without additional information can make anyone nervous. A proper progress tracker would make such a difference. The account section itself is easy to use though.

What I liked most was being able to review the transaction information before confirming anything. Small details like that make the whole experience feel much more organized.

The $50 card payment was declined twice with no useful reason. Same card worked elsewhere five minutes later.

Twelve hours pending. no update, no explanation. Payment was succesful eventually but the silence was tiring.
