Sharing a review

Write about your own experience with Node Union. Give a rating from 1 to 5 and write between 100 and 10,000 characters. You can have one review of the service and update it later from your account.

Every new or edited review is private until a moderator approves it. The moderator can approve a review or reject it with feedback. Your account shows the current status and the reason for rejection.

Disclose any employment, family, commercial or paid connection to the company in your public review. Do not invent an experience or claim to be an unrelated customer when you are an insider. Rewards must not depend on a positive or negative opinion.

What may be rejected

Spam, advertising, threats, abusive language, duplicate content, personal data belonging to someone else, and messages that do not describe a personal experience. Do not include account numbers, phone numbers, identity documents or passwords in the public text.

Criticism and low ratings alone are not rejection reasons. The same rules apply to positive and negative reviews. A company objection or disagreement does not automatically justify removal. Moderators should give a specific reason and preserve a record of the decision.

Ratings and ordering

The displayed average is the arithmetic mean of the ratings in the published entries included in that view, on a 1–5 scale, rounded to one decimal place. Each included entry has equal weight. The distribution shows the number and proportion of entries at each rating. Entries are ordered by publication date, newest first.

Pending, rejected and withdrawn reviews, and reviews from inactive accounts, are excluded. Editing a published review hides it until a moderator approves the updated version. Imported entries are labelled with their source and count only after publication.

When prototype examples are enabled, the summary is labelled “Displayed review rating” and “Includes reference samples.” It is an example-based summary, not a verified customer satisfaction score. We do not publish Review or AggregateRating search markup for these examples or claim independent review stars for a company-owned site.

Supporting evidence

You can attach a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 5 MB. Only you and a moderator with review access can download it. Attachments are not automatically published. Uploaded images are converted to JPEG and metadata is removed.

Labels and imported content

“Author email confirmed” means only that the author controlled the email address used for the account. It does not mean verified purchase, verified investment or independently proven results. Administrator imports must preserve the original author's identity and wording, give attribution, and have permission or another lawful basis for republication. A public source link alone is not a republication licence.

Your account and data

Your email and private evidence are not displayed with the public review. Public names, text and any financial details you choose to submit can be visible to others. Read the privacy notice, cookie notice and website terms.

Managing, reporting and appealing

Use your account to edit or withdraw a review. Change history remains available to administrators. Use “Report this review” or our contact and reports page to request a correction, report illegal or misleading material, appeal a decision or make a data-removal request. Include the review reference, a reason and contact details. Reports are assessed against the rules and applicable law; removal is not automatic.

Reference samples

Reviews imported from the supplied Node Union prototype are marked as samples. Their original names, texts, ratings, dates and reported amounts are preserved as source examples. When samples are displayed, a notice identifies them and the summary is labelled Displayed review rating. This summary includes the reference samples; their reported experiences and amounts have not been verified.

These examples are not evidence that the named people used the service or achieved the stated results. Pages displaying them are marked noindex and are not submitted in the sitemap as customer review pages. They remain publicly readable; the label must not be removed to make them look genuine.
