I sent the request before leaving home and saw the $120 credit alert while I was still in traffic. The receipt was already available when I opened the app again. No need to call anybody.

Used only my phone from start to finish. Buttons were clear, alert came the same afternoon, receipt opened properly. So far so good.

My card works online but this $75 attempt kept failing. Mobile, laptop, same “card failed”. Abeg tell me the actual problem.

The alert entered after forty-six hours and every dollar was there. I had no issue with the final result, only the long silence. Even one message explaining the delay would have made this less frustrating.

Omo, I was watching the transaction closely because it was my first withdrawal. The money arrived successfully that afternoon. They should only make the pending status more detailed.
