The full $528.75 alert came late at night after fourteen hours. I was already nervous because the tracker had not changed since morning. Even one message saying “still processing” with a realistic estimate would have helped.

I finished registration, then got lost. The help article showed buttons that were not on my screen, and three different menu items looked like the place to begin. After twenty minutes I still could not start the transaction. The onboarding needs to match the current app. I even returned to the home screen and followed the article from the beginning, but the labels were still different.

I received the full amount, but the withdrawal took longer than I expected. Support eventually explained the delay, and the transaction was completed. The service is okay, but withdrawal speed needs improvement.

It moved from one day into the next with the same vague message. Thirty hours later the complete payment arrived. I would not have worried so much if that timing had been stated upfront.

Registration stopped at the selfie stage. I used daylight, cleaned the camera and followed the frame exactly, but every photo returned “try later”. There was no indication whether the issue was my ID, the image or the app. I could not reach the dashboard at all. The help page told me to repeat the same steps I had already completed, so it did not solve anything.

The bank alert came late that night. Amount correct. Tracker not helpful for almost fourteen hours.

Name mismatch error even though the spelling is correct. Retried. Same error. Registration still blocked.

Requested on Monday morning and received the full $570 late Tuesday night. That is nearly two days. If the withdrawl can take that long, say it clearly before confirmation.

My alert entered before close of business. Complete amount. The log also showed the request time, not only the completion time.
